Baobab

✅Baobab, an Upside-down tree or Gorakhchinch is a deciduous tree native to Africa. It is a medium-height tree with massive trunks, trunks growing up to 35 feet in diameter.

✅Baobabs store water in their trunks and branches on a seasonal basis as they are mostly found in areas with sustained droughts.

✅Pollination in baobabs primarily happens through fruit bats. The flowers are white and bloom at night with a mild scent to attract bats.

✅Several individuals of Baobab can be found in the Empress Botanical Garden and the city of Pune. People also use them as landmarks and can find them on Google map.
