Spring in Lockdown: Photo contest on the FB page of the centre

Dear all, announcing a fun ‘Spring in Lockdown’ photo contest on the FB page of the centre. All you have to do is the following:

1) Take a picture from your balcony/window/terrace of the following:

A}: A tree in bloom or in a leaf flush (full of new leaves)

B}: A bird, preferable engaged in some activity like nest building, courtship, territorial fight, drinking, feeding, bathing etc. Even better if the bird is on a tree that is in bloom!

2) Post the picture on the Facebook Page of ‘Rupa Rahul Bajaj Centre for Environment and Art’ with the following details:

a) Mention ‘Spring Lockdown Contest’ in the title

b)A fun/catchy caption

c) Short description

d) Time and place of photo

e) Camera model if using DSLR or Point and Shoot cameras OR phone model if clicking from your cellphone cameras.

3) You can post a maximum of two photos of trees and two photos of birds per person each week.

4) Each week two photos from each category (trees and birds) will be selected, one photo taken with a DSLR or Good quality camera and one photo taken with a mobile phone. The photos will be featured on the page for a week.

5) We are looking for photos which tell a story! So don’t worry if you don’t have a fancy camera or fancy phone. Just go ahead!

6) The contest will continue each week till the lockdown ends. One cannot post the same photos each week.
